The following return conditions apply to all products purchased from nu:dx Deutschland GmbH via www.nu-dx.com. Please note that the conditions vary depending on the product category.
Dietary supplements can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:
If the packaging seal has been removed after delivery, a return is excluded for reasons of health protection and hygiene in accordance with § 312g (2) no. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
To initiate a return, please contact us within the 14-day withdrawal period by email at support@nu-dx.com. After inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price including standard shipping costs.
Our test kits are medical devices or products with sealed components that cannot be reused for reasons of health protection and hygiene. Therefore, special return conditions apply:
If you wish to withdraw from the purchase and the test kit has not yet been registered online at www.nu-dx.com and the packaging is unopened, we will refund the full purchase price. You can dispose of the unregistered test kit in your household waste - returning it is not required.
Once a test kit has been registered or the packaging has been opened, return and refund are excluded. This follows from § 312g (2) no. 3 BGB, as the test kit cannot be reused for hygiene reasons after opening.
Please note: Registering a test kit at www.nu-dx.com is considered unsealing within the meaning of the law.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@nu-dx.com. In this case, we will refund the full purchase price or send you a replacement item free of charge - regardless of the product category.
The customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the goods are defective or the wrong item was delivered.
